Our feature is designed to capture email addresses
along with customer information submitted to your web site
by your visitors giving you an easy way to keep in touch with
your customers.
A simple example would be where you have a form that users
fill out to ask a technical question. The database could be
used to capture the technical question, time and date it was
posted, their contact information (email, phone, fax, location
etc). This could then be used by your company to run queries
against to find what are the most common technical questions
about a particular product. The results could then lead to
building a better product by your product development department.
You could also allow the visitors filling out the form opt
into a monthly newsletter to inform them of news releases,
or product information.
